Molly joined the instructor team in November 2018. Molly has a strong background in community-based organizations with extensive experience in health and wellness training. She is an accomplished trainer with years of classroom experience training adult learners, students, and volunteers. She is competent in a variety of professional development topics, including Disability Awareness, Diversity Awareness, Interpersonal Communication Techniques, Emotional Intelligence, Elderly Sensitivity, Anger Management, and Stress Management.
Molly’s strength comes through her unique ability to use her human services experiences to understand the knowledge and skills participants need to increase their performance and productivity. She then delivers her programs in a way that excites and motivates participants to use new skills and change their behaviors.
Molly is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and of the University of North Carolina - Charlotte with a Masters of Human Development and Learning. Molly is a Louisiana-certified School Counselor.She is a Fellow of the CDC/ASPH Institute of HIV Prevention Leadership. Her great passion is to empower individuals to find their inner strengths and more effectively navigate life's challenges.
