Administrative Assistant (Part-time)
LANtec of Louisiana, the premier technical training center serving Louisiana, is seeking an experienced office professional to join our Baton Rouge team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. Qualified applicants must have clerical experience, strong organization, communication and customer service skills, a professional appearance, reliable transportation and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Hours are 8 AM – 1 PM, Monday-Friday. Top candidates will be given immediate consideration for a June 1 start date at $11/hour.
Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Front desk duties
- Answering/routing calls
- Data entry
- General office errands
- High school diploma/equivalency
- 1 year clerical/office experience
