SALES MANAGER

Successful candidates for this position should display all characteristics/experience of the Training Consultant/Account Manager description above PLUS have 3-5 years of SALES MANAGEMENT experience with verifiable track record of results-driven perfomance in a fast-paced industry

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the Sales Department in achieving pre-determined goals, monitoring collections, and optimizing profit. As Sales Manager, you will:

• Hire and train Account Executives on proven sales system
• Coach, motivate, and coordinate Account Executives in their daily activities
• Create and implement sales incentives and promotions
• Continually seek, obtain and distribute additional lead sources for Account Executives
• Evaluate sales trends and devise new product recommendations and sales strategies

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years technology and or HR sales experience
• College degree or comparable real world experience
• Motivated self starter and entrepreneurial background
• Comfortable being measured and being held accountable to goals
• Consultative/relationship and solution sales experience
• Positive and clear communicator
• Fast learner 
• Successful history managing sales staff
